We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
To return, you must meet the following requirements: your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
If your returned item is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or does not match what you ordered, so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not returnable, such as perishable items (food, flowers, or plants), personal care items (special orders or made-to-order items), and personal care products (cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return it and, after your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the item was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned order and let you know whether your return has been approved. If your return is approved, we will automatically refund your payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
